Malappuram district secured the runner-up position in the Senior Men's section of the 51st Senior Handball Championship. Notably, two students from Sacred Heart College (Autonomous), Adarsh A. and Rammeez P. (BA Economics), contributed to their commendable performance. Anupama VR (BA Sociology) was recognized as a state emerging player, and Nirmal Syriac (II MCom) earned the title of State Senior Emerging Goalkeeper.
